Our Rice

Two A-grade rice varieties, cultivated in the Axios River Delta of Northern Greece and valued for their quality, taste, and consistent performance.

Called the king of risotto; cultivated in the fertile Axios River Delta of Northern Greece, an area celebrated for its rich soils, abundant freshwater, and centuries of rice-growing tradition.

Our rice is produced from the Carnise variety, a new grain that combines high amylose content, excellent liquid absorption, and strong cooking resistance, making it ideal for creamy, flavorful risottos.

Produced in limited, carefully managed volumes, our Carnise rice is grown using low-input, environmentally conscious farming practices, minimizing chemical use and prioritizing sustainable cultivation.
