Carnise

Carnise Rice is a modern risotto-type variety produced by our single, family-owned farm in the Axios River Delta of Northern Greece. Cultivated in a rare coastal delta environment—where river meets sea—it is designed for consistency, structure, and dependable performance in professional kitchens.

Grown in mineral-rich soils under mildly saline conditions, Carnise develops strong grain structure and controlled starch release, delivering a creamy risotto texture while maintaining a firm core, even under demanding cooking conditions.

Gloria

Gloria Rice is a Carolina-type variety produced by our single, family-owned farm in the Axios River Delta. Shaped by the same coastal delta terroir, Gloria is defined by its very high starch content and excellent liquid absorption.

Fully milled and A-grade, it delivers a soft, creamy texture and strong binding performance, making it ideal for Mediterranean cooking, soups, stuffed dishes, and large-scale foodservice applications.
