Daligkaros Delta Farm is a third-generation, family-owned agricultural farm located in the Axios River Delta, Northern Greece. For decades, our family has been actively involved in farming in this unique region, building deep knowledge of the land, water, and growing conditions that define the character of our crops.

Our fields are situated in a rare coastal delta environment where river and sea converge. Mineral-rich soils, controlled water flow, and mildly saline conditions create a distinctive terroir that naturally strengthens grain structure and enhances cooking performance. These environmental factors, combined with hands-on cultivation, allow us to produce rice with consistency, integrity, and reliability.

As a single-farm producer, we maintain full control over every stage of production—from field management and irrigation to harvest and storage. This direct involvement ensures full traceability, strict batch separation, and stable quality across seasons. We do not source from third-party growers, and our production remains entirely single origin.

Our portfolio focuses on fully milled, A-grade rice varieties designed for professional use, including risotto-type and Carolina-type rice. Each variety is selected and cultivated with performance in mind, meeting the needs of professional kitchens, horeca distributors, and foodservice partners seeking dependable results at scale.

While our approach is rooted in generations of agricultural experience, we operate with a modern, export-oriented mindset. We work closely with importers and distributors across Europe and international markets, offering transparent communication, clear specifications, and flexible commercial terms for long-term partnerships.
